Your initial appointment is 60 minute long consist consultation & treatment. Your practitioner will ask about your main concern, medical history, sleep, digestion, stress levels, and lifestyle. Acupuncture treats the whole person, not just a symptom, so expect broader questions.

You'll lie down comfortably (face-up, face-down, or on your side depending on the points needed). Hair-thin, sterile, single-use needles are inserted at specific points. Most people feel little to nothing, or a brief pinch, tingle, or dull ache that fades quickly. Needles typically stay in for 20–30 minutes while you rest quietly. Many people find this part deeply relaxing, and some even doze off.
